Hey gals. I ended my search for shoes today & there are two places I'd recommend:
Nordstroms in Perimeter. Selection of about 8 pairs including pumps & sandals. I picked a pair of cute closed toe sandals that have a 'comfort sole' for about $75. Some of the other shoes were $60 & some were over $100.

If you're looking for a good deal on shoes, I'd recommend looking at Sam & Libby in Perimeter. They had a good selection of white satin shoes for around $49.

I didn't think $75 was bad for a cute, comfortable pair of shoes, but maybe that's just me.

Fyi-Richs, Macy's, Enzo, 9West - none of these sell white satin shoes right now.

EM - What brand are your shoes if you don't mind me asking?

They are Nina-comfort or something like that.

I really liked Nina ones also, but I didn't find any rounded toe ones. It was either open toe, or pointy. Oh well, it is too late now, mine are already purchased.

Thanks EM, I'm going to look at Sam & Libby and Nordstrom.

I've seen several pairs of holiday shoes in a style I really like - square closed toe, square heel, sling-back - and have looked tirelessly for a similar style in white. If anyone else is looking for this style, I finally found a pair at Saks (in Tampa; haven't checked here yet, but I'm sure they'll have them). They're made by Anne Klein, and the style is called "Create." They are a little on the pricey side, $142, but if you get desperate, you know where to find them...and they really are quite elegant.
